What is Classical Feng Shui

Feng Shui in Your Home and Workplace

The rotation of the earth’s molten iron core creates an electromagnetic field that varies depending on geographic location and magnetic direction. Based on these orientations, this field affects all inert and living matter. It fluctuates cyclically with a range of vibrational frequencies. Classical Feng Shui reveals that our yin and yang cycles manifest within a predictable framework that influences the favorable and unfavorable circumstances in our lives.

As a science, Classical Feng Shui examines the dynamic properties and cycles of the earth’s energy field, it’s interaction with the energy field within our bodies, and the effects this interaction creates through distinct physical, emotional, and mental properties that affect how we conduct our lives. With science as its foundation, the art of Classical Feng Shui creates strategies to transform energy. Many strategies based on the five-element theory are used to activate, enhance, reduce and mitigate specific energetic interactions.

This universal, unseen, vibrational force of nature is known as Ch’i. Ch’i is a vital energy that influences daily life. Classical Feng Shui works to direct ch’i to support specific priorities.

Though CFS dates back to around 3000 BC, it fits modern science. Einstein taught us that all matter is converted energy. For example, a rock which appears to be a solid inert object, is actually made up of billions of atoms. The only solid part of each of these atoms is in the nucleus, which can be compared to the size of a fly, in a cathedral. The rest is space filled with electrical energy. Every person, every living being and every material object is filled with this energy known as ch’i.

The diverse vibrational frequencies of ch’i each correlate to an element, number, color, parts of the body, gender, actions, and a host of additional attributes. I use the interaction of the 5 elements, which are wood, fire, earth, metal and water, to see how your environment is affecting you. If the ch’i in your body is harmonious to your environment, life is relatively smooth. When they clash, life can have many difficulties and blockages.

I use mathematical formulas, compass readings, time cycles and more, to identify how to alter ch’i in a particular environment, and in doing so, alter our lives.

Authentic Classical Feng Shui is not a religion or spirituality, intention, intuition, a feeling or a superstition. It’s not interior design, decorating or involve flutes, 3 legged frogs or other Feng Shui trinkets. Nor is it a cure-all pill, or one-time, cookie-cutter solution that fits all (including money and love corners).

Yin & Yang

Simply put, yin and yang are opposing, yet complementary forces that are expressed through dark and light, female and male, negative and positive and so on. They are natural forces of nature that are interconnected and interdependent. There is yin within yang and yang within yin. The unfavorable comes with the favorable. We are often caught off guard by the perceived bad things that come into our lives and it feels like nothing is going our way. But imagine if you had the ability to anticipate and assess risks before they happen, so you can adjust your actions and plan accordingly to maximize your potential. That is where Cynthia will help you – she understands the yin and yang effects in your life, when to expect unfavorable cycles and how to minimize the impact, and provides methods to transform energy to get you in the flow.

To Be Happy, Healthy, and Successful

The schools of Feng Shui I practice involve science-based math, physics and time cycles to determine how, where and when the ch’i (energy) in your environment is promoting each individual’s current life circumstances. Once that is established, I provide strategies and specific recommendations to affect the situations you want to change and position you to get the inspired results you want regarding mental, physical and emotional health, romance and relationships, career and more.
